Progression wall and how to beat them explain

- Build recommendations are only here to guide the first few points, other skills are needed on the highest difficulties depending on the play style.
normal - very hard
Just use the heaviest armor when you unlock a new one. The highest one is the Combined Tactical Vest unlocked at level 31 with 110 armor.

Order of unlock :
- ghost: duck and cover (basic) + parkour (ace), for movement.
- Technician: hardware expert (basic) + drill sawgeant (ace), for faster drill.
very hard - overkill
Get the skill iron man (ace) at the middle top of enforcer and equip the heaviest skill armor improved combined tactical vest, 221 armor.

Order of unlock :
- ghost: duck and cover (basic) + parkour (ace), for movement.
- enforcer: iron man (ace), for protection.
- Technician: hardware expert (basic) + drill sawgeant (ace), for faster drill.
mayhem - death wish
At this point, it's heavily recommended to use a perk deck.
My recommendation for the first one to unlock is armorer. You get more armor, it regenerates faster, and every 15 seconds you get health immunity for 2 seconds (when the armor breaks).
You literally do nothing different and get stronger.

Order of unlock :
- ghost: duck and cover (basic) + parkour (ace), for movement.
- enforcer: iron man (ace), for protection.
- Mastermind: inspire (ace), for easier revive.
- fugitive: nine lives (ace), for one extra down.
- Technician: hardware expert (basic) + drill sawgeant (ace), for faster drill.
death sentence (+ one down modifier)
If you do death sentence, it's commonly admitted that you will have at MINIMUM :
- Level 100 with infamy 1.
- 1 max out perk deck (9/9).
- Good weapon economy to avoid bringing an ammo bag (use doctor bag by default).

- mastermind: inspire (ace) is mandatory to be able to revive ally without going down ourselfves.
- ghost: duck and cover (basic) is the best 1 skill investment you can do with leftover points.
- fugitive: nine lives (ace) is mandatory with one down modifier (it allow you to go down 2 times instead of 1 before going in prison).
With max out doctor bag and nine lives (ace), you can go down 18 times. (8*2 for doctor bags + 2 from base)
As long as you are able to complete the mission without going to prison (and going down for less than 18 times in one down), you're doing good.
